Pattie: “I remember getting a message on Youtube. I had a call from a friend saying ‘There’s this guy named Scooter Braun trying to reach you.’ He got ahold of Justin’s great aunt, got ahold of the school board, contacted the Avon Theatre. I was like ‘Who is this guy?!’ I just went to a computer phone and called him from an unknown number to say ‘Please stop calling.’

Scooter: “‘Hi it’s Pattie Mallette, you were calling about my son Justin?’ You know, she thought she was going to have a phone call getting rid of me and we ended up talking for….2-3 hours.”
